When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Technical Data

5. Event Payment & Registration

Payment Method Information

When you register for an event with a payment component, we collect:

• Your selected payment method (bKash or Nagad)
• Your transaction ID (provided by you after completing the payment)
• Payment status (pending, approved, or rejected)
• Timestamps of submission and approval

Manual Payment Process

Since AceStudy BD does not have a merchant account, we facilitate manual payments:

• You send payment directly to the specified mobile money number
• You provide the transaction ID for verification
• Our admin team verifies the payment within approximately 12 hours
• Once approved, you will receive confirmation via email with event details

Medal & Certificate Delivery

The address you provide during registration will be used only to send your medal and certificate after the event concludes. We will not use this address for marketing or any other purpose.

Transaction ID Storage

Your transaction ID is stored securely in our database for record-keeping and audit purposes. We do not share or expose this information to third parties.

6. Cookies & Sessions

We use PHP sessions to keep you logged in during your visit. A session cookie is stored in your browser. This cookie:

• Does not track you across other websites
• Is deleted when you sign out or close your browser
• Is used solely to maintain your authenticated session

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

AceStudy BD provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable and secure service, we make no warranties regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AceStudy BD is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
